Atelier in Beeld is a yearly open studio weekend organized across Flanders and Brussels focusing on visual artists. For this event, the autonomous art house and collective The Building opened its doors to the public.
Visitors were welcomed inside two single and three shared studios by painters, writers, music producers, rapper-artists, and more. Besides talks with spoken word elements, everyone was invited to participate in a local artists' round table on the state of the current regional artistic institutional landscape.
As The Building's coordinator, Mounir Eddib curated a temporary group exhibition together with its members titled "To Make a House a Home."
